 Campus to CampusTransfer Request Information

In district campus to campus transfers applications will be placed on a waiting list to be reviewed in August, 2011. Reviews will be based on space availability. Prosper ISD student population is anticipated to have a 5- 15 % growth prior to the start of the new school year, thus limiting any space for future in district campus to campus transfers.

The following form must be completed!


2011-12 PISD Moving into District Transfer Request Form

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED PAPERWORK:
If you are moving into the Town of Prosper, you will need to provide a copy of the contract on your home as well as a letter from your builder (if you are building a home) on the builder's letterhead that contains the estimated date of completion of the home.


 
Out of District Transfer Forms
(FOR FAMILIES LIVING IN COMMUNITIES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT
BUT NOT MOVING INTO THE TOWN OF PROSPER):

As of April 1, 2011 Prosper ISD will be placing any out of district transfer applications in a waiting list to be reviewed in August, 2011. Reviews will be based on space availability. Prosper ISD student population is anticipated to have a 5- 15 % growth prior to the start of the new school year, thus limiting any space for future out of district transfers.

Both forms must be completed!


2011-12 PISD Out of District Transfer Request Form


In addition to the completed forms above, all transfer students will need to provide:

·         TAKS Scores

·         Report Card (from previous school)

·         Attendance Records (from previous school)

·         Disciplinary (letter from Principal on letterhead stating disciplinary status)
